Generating mobile Reports

Requesting reports of your drives from MileIQ has never been easier!

Simply tap the report icon, select a time period, and download your report from an email. There are five enhanced reporting options from within the mobile app:

• This month 
• last month
• 2 months prior
• Current year-to-date
• Last year

From iOS:

First tap on the share/send button at the top right of the screen:

Then, select the month or year for which you would like to receive your recorded drives.

That's it!

From Android:

Tap on the report icon in the upper right of the app.

A menu will appear with available months and years. Select the month or year for which you would like to receive your recorded drives.

That's it! Download the desired report version from the email in your inbox.

Download the Emailed Report

Monthly reports will be emailed to you with three versions to download:

1. All Drives CSV**
• Vehicle Summary and Detailed Log of all your drives in CSV** (Business plus Personal)
2. All Drives PDF
• Vehicle Summary and Detailed Log of all your drives in PDF (Business plus Personal)
3. Business Drives PDF
• Detailed Log of only your Business Drives in PDF (Business Only)

 Annual reports will be emailed to you with three versions to download:

1. Summary of your drives for the year (.csv**)
2. Detailed log of your drives for the year (.csv**)
3. Detailed log of your drives for the year (.pdf)
