How to Request a Monthly Report

Getting a monthly report of your drives from MileIQ is simple and flexible. You can request your report in two ways—through the MileIQ mobile app or the MileIQ web dashboard.


📱 Requesting a Report from the Mobile App

  1. Open the MileIQ app on your device.

  2. Tap the Share/Send button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select the month you’d like to receive a report for.

✅ That’s it! You’ll receive an email with download links for both PDF and CSV versions of your monthly report.


💻 Requesting a Report from the Web Dashboard

  1. Sign in at dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email and password you use for the mobile app.

  2. Once logged in, click on the Reports tab at the top of the page.

  3. In the Reports View, click Create Report.

  4. Select the date range (e.g., the desired month) and the drive types you want to include (business, personal, etc.).

  5. In the Create Report dialog:

    • Give your report a label (e.g., "March 2025 Business Mileage")

    • Choose your delivery method (email or Concur)

    • (Optional) Enter multiple email recipients, separated by commas

  6. Click Create Report.

📥 Once generated, your report will be emailed to the selected recipients and also saved under Archived Reports on the dashboard.

To download the report directly:

  • Go to the Archived Reports section

  • Click on the CSV or PDF button next to the report you want

  • Choose to open or save the file to your computer


🔎 Additional Tips

  • Reports are available in both CSV and PDF formats.

  • CSV files are ideal for editing in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers—they support dynamic updates if you modify mileage rates.

  • You can send reports to multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.
