How to View and Manage Your Drives

Accessing and managing your drive history is easy, whether you’re using the MileIQ mobile app or web dashboard. Here’s how:

On the Mobile App

  1. View All Drives: Open the app and tap All Drives to see a list of all drives, both classified and unclassified. Once you classify a drive, it will no longer appear in the Unclassified list, keeping you organized.
  2. View Previous Months: To access drives from earlier months, tap the dropdown at the top (showing the current month) and select All Months View. Choose a month, then tap View/Edit All Drives.
  3. Filter by Purpose: You can also filter drives by purpose—business, personal, or unclassified—for a more customized view.

On the Web Dashboard

  1. Log In: Access the MileIQ Dashboard and sign in with the same email and password you use for the app.
  2. Select Date Range: By default, the dashboard shows drives from the last 30 days. To customize:
    • Choose a preset range like the last 3 months, year-to-date, or previous year.
    • Or, select specific dates by clicking the calendar icon and choosing any two dates.
  3. View Drives: Once you've set your date range, click Done and scroll down to see all drives within that period.

Extra Tips

  • Missing Drives: If you don’t see certain drives, they may be in a different account or were accidentally deleted.
