MileIQ for Teams: One of my drivers can’t see Premium. What should I do?

  • Updated

If one of your drivers has been invited to your Team but only sees the free version of MileIQ (limited to 40 drives per month), don’t worry — this usually happens for a couple of common reasons. Here’s how to fix it:

Make sure the driver accepted the Team invitation

If the driver hasn’t accepted the invitation, they won’t have access to Premium.

  • Ask them to check their inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the Team invite.

  • Once they accept, their account will automatically upgrade to Premium.

Confirm the driver is logged into the correct account

Drivers must be signed into the MileIQ account that was added to the Team (the email address linked to the Premium subscription).

  • Have your driver open the MileIQ app and check which email they’re signed in with.

  • If they’re logged into a personal account instead of their Team account, ask them to log out and back in with the correct email address.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can past drives from a free account be moved into the Premium account?
A1: Yes. MileIQ Support can merge drives between accounts if you provide both email addresses.

Q2: Once fixed, how soon will Premium show up?
A2: As soon as the driver logs in with the correct Premium email, unlimited drives will be available immediately.

By making sure your driver has accepted the Team invite and is signed into the right account, you’ll have them up and running with Premium in no time.
