MileIQ for Teams: I don’t see the Reports of a Driver. What should I do?

  • Updated

If you can’t see a driver’s mileage reports in your MileIQ for Teams Dashboard, don’t worry — there are a few common reasons for this. Follow these suggestions as they might help solve the issue:

Make sure you're looking at the right Dashboard

The Teams Dashboard and the Driver Dashboard are two different platforms with similar interfaces. You need to use the Teams Dashboard to see your drivers' drives.

Confirm the driver has submitted drives to the Team

If a driver has never submitted a drive to the Team, you won’t see any reports for them. Ask the driver to submit their drives by following the steps in our guide: How can a Driver submit a report to an Admin?

Encourage Automated Report Submission

To make the process easier, drivers can set up Automated Report Submission so their reports are sent to the admin automatically each month — no manual submission needed.

This ensures reports appear in your Teams Dashboard without any extra steps from the driver.

Check for team invitation acceptance

If the driver has not accepted the invitation to join your Team, their drives won’t be visible in your Dashboard. Make sure they have joined your Team successfully before expecting reports.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I request MileIQ Support to send me a driver’s report?
A1: No. For privacy reasons, MileIQ cannot generate or send reports from a driver’s account. Reports must be submitted by the driver.

Q2: How quickly will I see a report after it’s submitted?
A2: Once a driver submits their report, it will appear in the Teams Dashboard almost immediately.

Q3: Can I see past drives before a driver joined my Team?
A3: No. Only drives submitted after a driver joins your Team will appear in your Dashboard.

By ensuring your drivers submit their reports — and ideally enabling Automated Report Submission — you can keep your Teams Dashboard complete, accurate, and up to date.
