How can I update my billing information?

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures your MileIQ subscription continues without any interruptions. Depending on how you signed up, there are a few different ways to update your payment details.

 

🌐 MileIQ Web Dashboard

If you signed up through our dashboard, you can update your billing information directly from the web:

  1. Go to dashboard.mileiq.com and sign in.

  2. On the upper left-hand side of the screen, click Subscriptions.

  3. Select Manage Subscription.

  4. From there, you’ll be taken to a page where you can update your payment method.

 

🍎 App Store (iOS)

If you purchased your MileIQ subscription through Apple, billing is handled by iTunes. You’ll need to update your payment method in your Apple account:

🤖 Google Play (Android)

If you subscribed using the Google Play Store, billing is managed by Google. You can update your payment method directly in your Google Play account:

Tip: Not sure how you subscribed? Check your email receipts—if it came from Apple or Google, that’s your billing provider. If it came from MileIQ directly, you’ll want to use the Web Dashboard steps above.
