How to cancel your subscription

We’re sorry to see you go—but we understand! Whether you're taking a break or moving on, we’re here to make cancellation easy.

⚠️ Important: If your subscription was created through the Apple App Store, it must be canceled directly through Apple. MileIQ’s Customer Success team cannot cancel Apple subscriptions on your behalf.


🌐 Canceling Through the MileIQ Web Dashboard

If you purchased your subscription via the MileIQ web dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Log in at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email and password as your mobile app.

  2. Click Subscription in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select Cancel next to your active subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan.


📱 Canceling a Subscription Purchased Through a Mobile App

🍏 Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad)

  1. Open the App Store on your device.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Select MileIQ from the list.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts.

🤖 Google Play Store

If you subscribed via Google Play:

  • Visit the Google Play Subscriptions page, or

  • Go to the MileIQ Web Dashboard, and you’ll be redirected to manage your subscription.

    Be sure you're signed in with the same Google account used to purchase the subscription!


After Cancellation

Once your subscription is canceled:

  • Your account will switch to the free plan at the end of your billing cycle.

  • If you’re saying goodbye to MileIQ entirely, we recommend:

    • Downloading important data

    • Turning off notifications

    • Uninstalling the app
