But hey, we totally get it if you need to cancel your subscription. No worries!
⚠️ Important - Any subscription created through the Apple App Store will need to be canceled through Apple and cannot be canceled on the MileIQ Dashboard. Unfortunately, the MileIQ Customer Success team cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
Cancelling through the Web Dashboard
If you're using the web dashboard, it's super easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Log in at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email and password as your MileIQ app.
2. Click on "Subscription" in the left column.
3. Hit "Cancel" next to your subscription.
If you've upgraded through your phone, no problem! Here's how to cancel:
For Apple App Store
1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top right.
3. Go to "Subscriptions."
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap it.
5. Hit "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Google Play
If you signed up through Google Play, you can either manage your subscription directly on the Manage Google Play Subscriptions page or go to our web dashboard to be redirected.
Just make sure you're signed in with the same Google Play account used for the subscription.
Once you cancel, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your billing cycle.
If you're looking to bid farewell to MileIQ, we suggest downloading any important data, adjusting notifications, and then deleting the app from your device.
For those on the free plan who want to stop receiving emails and remove MileIQ, just opt out of future emails and uninstall the app.
To delete your account entirely, log in to the app, go to Account Settings, click on 'Signed In' (email address) and you'll see the option to Request Account deletion at the bottom of the page.
