If you no longer need a Teams subscription, you can cancel it and continue using MileIQ with an individual Premium subscription. MileIQ can't transfer a Teams subscription to an individual account, so you’ll need to sign up for the individual subscription yourself.

To stop the Teams subscription, follow the step-by-step instructions found in this dedicated article. Your Teams subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscribe to an individual account
After canceling your Team subscription, you can sign up for an individual MileIQ Premium subscription by following these steps:
Log in to the MileIQ app or dashboard.
Choose your preferred billing plan and proceed with payment.
Important notes
If you use the same email address, all drives and classifications from your Team account remain intact, but Team reporting features will no longer be available.
MileIQ Support cannot migrate a Teams subscription to an individual subscription on your behalf.
