We’re sorry to see you go—but we understand! Whether you're taking a break or moving on, we’re here to make cancellation easy. To cancel your Teams subscription, follow these easy steps:
Log in to the Dashbaord
Click Subscription in the left-hand menu
Select Cancel next to your active subscription
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which your account and the accounts of all your drivers will revert to a free plan. If they wish to continue using the product, they'll need to start a new individual subscription.
Want to delete the team?
To permanently delete your Teams account, follow these steps:
From the Dashbaord, go to Settings.
Scroll down and click Delete my team. Note that this action will permanently and irrevocably delete your team.
