We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to delete your account, please be aware that this action is permanent and can’t be reversed. Deleting your account will remove your access and erase the data associated with it.
⚠️ Make sure you’ve backed up and downloaded anything you’d like to keep before continuing.
You can easily delete your account from the MileIQ app:
- Go into Settings
- Click on Account > Signed in
- At the bottom of this page, you will see Request account deletion
This will allow you to permanently delete your account.
👉🏻 Please note that this will only delete the account and not the subscription. If you have an active subscription, we suggest cancelling that first before proceeding with the deletion.
