Title: Why Is the "Add Drive" Button Greyed Out?

If the "Add Drive" button is greyed out and unclickable, it usually means the app hasn't recognized your entered addresses yet. Don’t worry—this is an easy fix!

🛠️ Common Causes

This issue typically happens when:

  • An address is copied and pasted directly into the address field.

  • An address is typed in fully without selecting it from the drop-down suggestion list.


✅ How to Fix It

Follow these simple steps to activate the "Add Drive" button:

  1. Start typing the Start Address manually.

  2. When a blue drop-down suggestion appears, click the correct address.

    • You'll know it's accepted when the map updates and the full address appears in the field.

  3. Repeat steps 1–2 for the Destination Address.

  4. Once both addresses are accepted, the "Add Drive +" button will turn green and clickable.

  5. Classify your drive:

    • Add a purpose.

    • Select a vehicle.

    • Include any notes or details using the tabs.

  6. Click the green "Add Drive +" button to save your drive.


✏️ Tip for Pasted Addresses

You can still paste addresses, but if the drop-down box doesn't appear:

  • Try backspacing a few characters and typing them again.
    This should trigger the drop-down so you can select the correct address.
