Upgrade Made via Web Dashboard?
If you've upgraded through our web dashboard, used a discount code, or simply followed a direct upgrade link, here's how to update your billing info:
1. First things first, head over to our dashboard login at https://dashboard.mileiq.com.
2. Enter the email address you're registered with and hit continue. Then, type in your trusty password.
3. Once you're in, take a glance at the left panel and click on "Subscription," then tap "Manage Subscription."
Upgraded on Your Phone?
For those awesome folks who upgraded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, which are the default payment methods for iPhones/iPads and Android devices, we've got your back too:
If your payment doesn't go through successfully, no worries! Apple and Google will usually send you a nudge to fix your billing info within a few days. Safety first!
If the info isn't fixed, don't sweat it – your subscription will be canceled automatically (don't worry, your driving logs are safely on the web dashboard).
If your phone's payment attempts keep doing the limbo for 7 days, don't panic! You've got options:
1. Reactivate through the original billing service:
- For Android Devices (Samsung, LG, Google, Motorola, HTC, and more), head to Google Play's "Manage Subscriptions and Services."
- Apple Devices (iPhone and iPads), manage your iTunes subscriptions.
2. Renew through the web dashboard. Just log in using the same email and password as your app. Click "Select" next to the monthly or annual plan you prefer. So simple!
Apple App Store Users:
Missed a beat with your MileIQ subscription on the Apple side of things? No worries, you can reactivate it within 60 days through the App Store. For more Apple subscription info, check out "Manage your iTunes subscriptions."
Google Play Store Users:
If you're in the Google Play Store gang and your subscription did a disappearing act due to payment glitches, you can bring it back to life under "Past subscriptions and services" in "Manage Subscriptions and Services on Google Play."
To spruce up your billing info during the retry phase:
1. Open up the Play Store on your device.
2. Click on your Account Icon (upper right corner).
3. Tap on "Payments & subscriptions."
4. Hit "Payment methods" and add your updated or new card.
5. Don't forget to tap "Update/Save."
