You can change the password for your MileIQ account from the mobile app or the web dashboard by requesting a password reset email.
Note: If you created your MileIQ login using a Microsoft account, you’ll need to visit Microsoft support to reset your password: Reset Microsoft Account Password.
From the Login screen, tap on the 'Forgot password?' link. In the popup window, enter the email address associated with your MileIQ account and tap 'Request'.
An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your account address. Follow the steps, and you’ll be good to go!
To reset your password from a notebook or desktop computer, navigate to the sign-in page at https://dashboard.mileiq.com, enter your email address, and click "Next." In the second page, click "Forgot my password."
On the third page, enter your account email address and click 'Reset password'. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your account address. Follow the steps, and you're good to go! Can't find the email? Be sure to check your spam folder and if you're using a company email account, please reach out to your network administrator to ensure MileIQ emails aren't being diverted or withheld.

If you are currently logged in to the web dashboard, you can change your password navigating to the top of the screen and clicking Settings > Profile > Forgot password?
- If you’re not sure of the email used as your username, you can find it in the app by navigating to MileIQ Settings > Account and you'll see it next to "Signed in:"
- It is not currently possible to change a password from within the mobile app. A mobile dashboard will be added soon!
- If the reset password fields are greyed out, it’s likely due to your MileIQ login being linked to a Microsoft account. You can reset your Microsoft account password through Microsoft support here: Reset Microsoft Account Password.
