How do I accept a MileIQ Team Invite?

If your organization is using MileIQ for Teams, your admin will invite you via email. Here's how to get started and join your team in just a few minutes.

📧 Step 1: Look for the Invite Email

You’ll receive an invitation email with the subject line:
“Join your team on MileIQ for Teams”

Inside the email, click the button labeled:
✅ accept invitation

🔐 Step 2: Create Your Account

⚠️ Important: If you already have an existing account, you can skip the next steps. 

Clicking the button will take you to the MileIQ web dashboard where you’ll:

  1. Enter your name and create a secure password.

  2. Complete the setup steps.

⚠️ Important: Once you create your password, go back to the original invitation email and click the Accept Invite link to officially join your team.

📲 Step 3: Install the MileIQ Mobile App

To track drives automatically, you’ll need the mobile app on your phone.

  • Search your app store for:
    MileIQ – Mileage Tracker

✅ Available on both iOS and Android

🔑 Step 4: Sign In to the Mobile App

  1. Open the app.

  2. Sign in using the email address where you received the invite and the password you just created.

🎉 You’re In!

You’re now part of your organization’s MileIQ team and ready to start logging your mileage!
