As a Teams Pro admin, you can set a custom mileage reimbursement rate for your entire team. This allows you to align mileage tracking with your organization's policies or reimbursement standards.
How to Set a Custom Mileage Rate

Open the Admin Dashboard
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Custom Rates page from the left-hand menu. -
Access the Rate Settings
On the Custom Rates page, click Change Rates in the top-right corner.
Note: By default, the standard government mileage rate is applied. -
Add a New Custom Rate

Click Add New Rate in the top-right corner.

Enter your custom reimbursement rate (per mile or kilometer).

(Optional) Set an Effective Date to determine when the new rate begins.

Save the Rate
Click Save to apply the custom rate across all team members.
⚠️ Note: Custom mileage rates are not retroactive. They will only apply to drives logged after the effective date.
That’s it! Your custom mileage rate is now in effect for your team.
