We're making some changes to our organization, and we've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect them. Your MileIQ experience stays the same.
Here’s a summary of the main changes:
- We're making some changes to our organization, which means your contracts with us will be transferred to our affiliate, Bending Spoons Operations S.p.A., an Italian company headquartered in Milan. This move does not change anything about your MileIQ experience.
- We restructured our User Terms. There are now two versions: one for users residing in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, and one for users residing in the US and everywhere else.
- We updated the Terms of Service to make them clearer and easier to read and to regulate how disputes are resolved between us.
- We updated our Privacy Policy to make it clearer and easier to read, and to better explain how and why we use your personal data, as well as how you can exercise your rights.
The updated Terms will go into effect on December 1, 2026. Until then, the previous version of the Terms will still apply.

By continuing to use MileIQ past December 1, 2026, you’re accepting the updated Terms. If you don’t agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use of MileIQ and close your account prior to December 1, 2026.
