What Does a MileIQ Report Look Like? (UK)

MileIQ makes it easy to generate reports of your captured drives. Whether you request a report from the mobile app or the web dashboard, the format and content of the reports are the same.

You’ll receive your report via email, and you can also download reports directly from the Archived Reports section under the Reports tab on the MileIQ Web Dashboard.

💡 Additional Information

  • PDF files are best viewed in Adobe Reader, Apple Preview, or modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

  • XLS files work best in Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets. You can modify mileage rates or add drives manually, and the totals will update dynamically.

  • Drive details can be edited anytime via the Web Dashboard. After making changes, re-run the report to reflect updates.

  • Drives labeled “-unspecified-” indicate a missing vehicle assignment. Learn how to search for and assign vehicles to drives.
