🚫 Trouble Opening the MileIQ App? Here’s How to Fix It
If the MileIQ app crashes or won’t open, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix! These issues are most commonly caused by either an outdated operating system or low memory/storage on your device.
Follow the steps below based on your device type to get MileIQ up and running again.
🍎 iOS: Fixing App Crashes or Failure to Open
✅ 1. Make Sure You're on iOS 16 or Newer
MileIQ no longer supports iOS 15 or below. Here’s how to check and update your software:
Open the Settings app.
Tap General > Software Update.
If an update is available, tap Download and Install.

Low memory can cause apps to crash. Try closing unused apps:
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to open the App Switcher.
