🚫 Trouble Opening the MileIQ App? Here’s How to Fix It

If the MileIQ app crashes or won’t open, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix! These issues are most commonly caused by either an outdated operating system or low memory/storage on your device.

Follow the steps below based on your device type to get MileIQ up and running again.

  2. Tap General > Software Update.

  3. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.

✅ 2. Free Up Device Memory (RAM)

Low memory can cause apps to crash. Try closing unused apps:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to open the App Switcher.

  2. Swipe up on any apps you’re not using to close them. (Keep MileIQ open!)

🔁 This quick step can help free up memory, especially on older devices.

✅ 3. Clear Up Storage Space

Apps need some available storage to open and run properly. You can free up space by:

  • Deleting unused apps
