Concur Integration: Locating Your Employee ID (Driver)

Use your Employee ID to link your profile in Concur. It may be numeric or in email‑format. Follow the steps below to find it.

1. Sign in to Concur

  1. Open your browser and go to:
    https://www.concursolutions.com

  2. Enter your company‑provided credentials and click Sign In.

2. Access Your Profile Settings

  1. In the top-right corner of the screen, click Profile (👤).

  2. From the dropdown, select Profile Settings.

3. View Personal Information

  1. On the Profile Settings page, choose Personal Information from the left navigation menu.

  2. Scroll (or look) to the center of the page.

  3. Your Employee ID appears under the “Employee Information” section.

Tip: If you have a long page, press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and search for “Employee ID”.

4. Troubleshooting & Support

  • Incorrect login?

    • Double-check your username and password.

    • If you’ve forgotten them, use the “Forgot Password” link on the sign‑in page.

  • Still can’t find your Employee ID?

    • It may appear as either a string of numbers (e.g., 123456) or an email address (e.g., jane.doe@company.com).
