The Teams Drives Page now includes the options to approve or reject submitted drives. Only available on the Teams Pro plan, Approvals helps you ensure all submitted drives are accurate and compliant with your organization’s policies. You can also use filters to get more details on individual drives. See below to learn how to effectively use the Approvals feature.
Accessing your Drives Page:
- Log in to your MileIQ account through the web dashboard.
- Once on your dashboard, navigate to the "Drives to approve" page.
Reviewing Drive Submissions:
- Upon accessing the “Drives to approve” page, you will see a list of drive submissions from team members.
- Click on a specific driver or trip to view detailed information such as start and end locations, distance traveled, and purpose of the drive.
- After reviewing a drive, you have the option to either approve or reject it.
- To approve a drive, select the "Approve" option. This indicates that the drive is valid and compliant with your organization’s policies.
- Approved drives will be marked as such and can proceed for reimbursement or further processing as per your organization's procedures.
- To reject a drive, select the "Reject" option. This indicates that the drive is not valid or compliant with your organization’s policies.
- Rejected drives will be flagged and removed from the final approved report.
Seeing all Drive Status and History:
- View the status of all drives within the Teams Drives Page dashboard.
- See which drives you have approved, rejected, or have not yet reviewed.
