How to view reports as a Teams admin

Having trouble locating reports submitted by your drivers through the Admin Portal? This guide will walk you through how to access, filter, and manage reports for your team.

🔒 Note: This feature is only available to Teams Standard and Teams Pro administrators. If you see a prompt to upgrade, your account is currently on Teams Lite.

Accessing the Admin Dashboard

  1. Sign in at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using your admin credentials.

  2. Click on the Reports tab located on the left-hand menu.

Filtering Submitted Reports

Once in the Reports section, you’ll see a list of reports submitted by your drivers. You can filter these reports using the three available column filters at the top:

  • Drivers: Filter by the driver who submitted the report.

  • Date: Filter drives by date.

📌 Reminder: "Driven in refers to when the drives took place, not the submission date.

Viewing and Sorting Reports

To view a report:

  • Click on the specific driver you want to view or click on Entire Team to view all drives in a single view.

Downloading or Sharing a Report

Once you've selected a report, you’ll see a summary and have the following options:

  • Download as PDF

  • Download as CSV

  • Consolidated Report

A green confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the action is completed.

Adjusting Filters at Any Time

You can adjust filters at any point while navigating reports, making it easy to switch between drivers or report periods.
