MileIQ for Teams: Submitting Reports to an Admin
If you're part of a MileIQ for Teams Standard or Pro organization, submitting your reports to your admin is quick and easy! This guide will walk you through the steps to send your monthly reports directly from the MileIQ mobile app or web dashboard.
Note: The reporting feature is not available for Teams Lite drivers.
Submitting Reports from the Mobile App
You can submit your reports in two ways using the MileIQ app:

Using the Unclassified Drives Screen:
- Open the MileIQ app.
- On the Unclassified Drives screen, tap the paper icon in the upper-right corner.
- A list of months will appear. Select the month you need to report.
- Tap Submit Report.
- You can also email yourself a copy of the report for your records.
- Once submitted, your admin will be notified and gain access to the drive data included in the report.
And that’s it—you’ve successfully submitted your report!
Submitting Reports from the Web Dashboard

Log In:
- Go to MileIQ.com and log in to your account.

Access the Reports Tab:
- Click on the Reports tab in the left-hand menu.

Set the Date Range:
- Use the filters to select the date range of drives you want to include in the report.

Generate and Submit:
- Click Generate this report to open a new window.
- In the new window, click Submit my report to send it to your admin.
Important Notes

Business Drives Only:
- Submitting a report will only include business drives.
- Personal and unclassified drives are excluded from the submission.

No Duplicate Submissions:
- Drives that have already been submitted will not be included in future reports.
