How To: Submitting Reports to your Administrator (MileIQ for Teams Pro users)

Submitting Your Reports

 

Are you a part of a MileIQ for Teams Pro organization and need to submit your reports to your admin? Well, you're in the right place! This article will show you how easy it is to send your monthly reports to your administrator directly through the MileIQ mobile app.

 

First, open up MileIQ and navigate to the Unclassified Drives screen. To do this, tap the menu dropdown in the upper left side of the screen, then tap on “Unclassified” (for iPhone users) or “Drives (##)” (for Android users).

Then, tap the paper icon in the upper right corner.

From here, you'll be prompted with a list of date range options to select for your report (ex., the current month, last two months, current year to date as well as the previous year.) 

 

Select whichever option your admin requires and then tap “Submit Report”. You'll notice that you can also email yourself a copy of the report, should you need one for your own records.

After submitting the report, your admin will be notified and will have access to all drive data contained in the report.

 

And that's it, you've submitted your first report!
