Managing your subscription: Responding to COVID-19 together

We understand there’s a lot to consider right now and you may need to make adjustments to your subscription. Please know we value your health and safety above all else. If you need to cancel during this time, you will continue to have unlimited drives through at least September 30th, 2020. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

MileIQ Dashboard 

Monthly subscription 

We are pausing monthly renewals and you will not be charged during April or May 2020. Your unlimited drives will continue automatically through at least May 31st, 2020. To cancel before your renewal, please see our help article: Need to cancel your subscription?. 

 

Annual subscription 

We can’t pause the annual renewal, however, support can help cancel and refund renewals that happen during this time. Please reach out to support@mileiq.com for assistance.

iTunes  

Unfortunately, we can’t pause renewals or cancel subscriptions through iTunes. Please go directly to the Manage iTunes Subscriptions page to set your subscription to cancel. If you need assistance with a refund, please reach out to App Store Support.

Please understand, if your subscription through iTunes is cancelled, you will continue to receive premium service through September 30th, 2020.

Google Play 

Unfortunately, we can’t pause renewals or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Please go directly to the Manage Google Play Subscriptions page to set your subscription to cancel. If you need assistance with a refund, please reach out to Play Store Support.
