How do I update my MileIQ account to use my Microsoft account?

Updating your MileIQ account to a unified Microsoft account is easily done through the app itself. You will be required to update your account information before you can continue using MileIQ.

To get started with this process, tap the Menu button in the upper left, select Account Settings and then tap on your email address.               

 

You will be taken to this screen where you can choose your MileIQ account you wish to associate with MileIQ.

You will now need to verify your current MileIQ account by reentering your password.  If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on Forgot Password?.  An email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password.

Once verified, you’ll be asked to input your personal Microsoft account. If you don’t have one, you can click the Don't have a Microsoft account? Create one link to be taken to the Microsoft account creation page.

Upon completion, you will receive confirmation that your email has been updated for MileIQ and, depending on your current subscription status, will see one of the following screens.

Click Finish to finalize your account update or check your email to find out more information about MileIQ with Office.

If you see the screen below, be sure to follow the link to cancel your previous paid subscription as MileIQ is already included with your Microsoft Account.
