  • Search Made Easy: Use the keyword search or browse through categories to quickly find what you need.

Need Personal Assistance? Contact Us!

If you require one-on-one support, we’re here to help. Here’s how you can reach us:

From the Web Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your account at MileIQ.com.
  2. Click Help in the left-hand menu.
  3. Fill out and submit the Request Form.

Through the Mobile App:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings > Help.
  2. Select the "Email" option
  3. Enter the details of your support request and then tap on "Send" in the top right corner

Important Tips:

  • Always use the email associated with your MileIQ account when contacting us. (To verify, navigate to Settings > Signed In in the mobile app.)
  • For your privacy and security, we handle all support requests via email. Written permission is required for any account or personal information changes.
