Finding what you're looking for is a breeze. You can easily explore different sections or just do a quick keyword search from any page on our site.

And guess what? If you're on the mobile MileIQ app, simply head to Help > Help Center to find the same helpful articles.

Getting in contact is a cinch:

1. Use the Submit a Request form to send us a message.

2. On the MileIQ mobile app, go to Help > Help Center, tap the conversation icon in the upper right-hand corner, and send your request our way.

Your privacy matters a lot to us. We prefer to communicate via email, as it's secure and ensures your information is well-protected. Plus, any changes to your account or personal info require written permission. The great news? Over the years, almost all requests have been smoothly handled through email – efficient and hassle-free!

When writing to us, please use the email address linked to your MileIQ account. To find it, just go to Account > Account Settings > Signed In from the main menu in the mobile app.

Our support is available from 6 AM to 5 PM PT, Monday to Friday – regular hours when we're excited to assist you.
