How to Enable Automatic Reports for MileIQ Teams Pro
With Teams Pro, drivers can automatically submit weekly reports to team admins. When enabled, MileIQ will generate and send a report of all classified business drives that haven’t yet been submitted, ensuring timely updates for your team.
Enabling Automatic Reports on the Mobile App
- Open the MileIQ app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Automatic Reports.
- Tap the Automatic Reports toggle to enable automatic submission. (The toggle will turn green when active.)
Enabling Automatic Reports on the Web Dashboard
- Go to MileIQ and sign in to your account.
- In the left navigation menu, go to the Settings tab.
- Under Teams Settings, click Automatic Reports.
- Toggle Automatic Reports on to enable automatic submissions. (The toggle will turn green when active.)
Additional Tips
- To disable automatic reports, follow the same steps and switch off the Automatic Reports toggle.
- You can still submit reports manually at any time by clicking the Reports tab on the MileIQ website or within the MileIQ app.
