System Requirements and Supported Platforms

Web Dashboard

The MileIQ web dashboard (https://dashboard.mileiq.com - same email/password as the app) works best on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari browsers.   We also recommend a screen resolution of 1024x768 or greater at a standard zoom level (125% or less).

Following these minimum guidelines will ensure the best experience with our web dashboard.

 

iOS

The MileIQ app requires iOS 13 or above. iOS can be updated by opening the Settings app on your device > General > Software Update > Download and Install.

Additionally, to make sure that MileIQ is always up-to-date, please consider enabling auto-updates.  You can do so from Settings > iTunes & App Store > Automatic Downloads > On.

 

Android

The MileIQ app requires Android 5 or greater.  You can update Android by going to Settings > System > About phone > System updates.

Additionally, to ensure MileIQ is always up-to-date, please consider configuring auto-update for your Android apps.  You can do so by opening up the Google Play Store app > Pull out the menu from the left > Settings > General > Enable "Auto-update apps."

 


NOTE: The MileIQ Android app is not supported on Amazon, Blackberry, Windows Mobile,  or unlocked devices
