How to change email / username for MileIQ

Changing the email address MileIQ uses.

Please note: If you use Microsoft credentials for your account, or are part of a MileIQ Teams organization, please fill out our support request form here for assistance with changing the email address on your account.

 

To change your email address, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email/password as the app.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Profile > Contact Info.
  3. Click on the "Edit" button next to your current email address. 

  1. A new window will pop-up with the option to enter a new email. Enter the new email address you want it changed to into the "Email" field. 
  2. Input your current password into the "Your Password" field to verify the email change
  3. Then, click “Save Email”

 

Next time you login to MileIQ, remember to use your new username!

 

Note: You will NOT be logged out automatically after a username change.
