How to change email / username for MileIQ

Changing the email address MileIQ uses.

Please note: If you use Microsoft credentials for your account, or are part of a MileIQ Teams organization, please fill out our support request form on https://support.mileiq.com for assistance with changing the email address on your account.

 

To change your email address, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email/password as the app.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Profile > Contact Info.
  3. Type in the new email address in the Email text field. 

  1. Click the Change Email button. 
  2. You’ll be prompted to enter your password, to verify it’s you.
  3. Then, click “Done”

 

 

Next time you login to MileIQ, remember to use your new username!

 

Note: You will NOT be logged out automatically after a username change.
