Changing the email address MileIQ uses.
Please note: If you use Microsoft credentials for your account, or are part of a MileIQ Teams organization, please fill out our support request form here for assistance with changing the email address on your account.
To change your email address, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard at https://dashboard.mileiq.com using the same email/password as the app.
- Navigate to Settings > Profile > Contact Info.
- Click on the "Edit" button next to your current email address.
- A new window will pop-up with the option to enter a new email. Enter the new email address you want it changed to into the "Email" field.
- Input your current password into the "Your Password" field to verify the email change
- Then, click “Save Email”
Next time you login to MileIQ, remember to use your new username!
Note: You will NOT be logged out automatically after a username change.
