Resetting your Password
You can change the password for your MileIQ account from the mobile app or the web dashboard by requesting a password reset email.
Note: If you created your MileIQ login using a Microsoft account, you’ll need to fill out the form at support.mileiq.com to reach our Customer Excellence team.
From the Login screen, enter your email address, then tap Continue. .
Tap on Forgot Password, then confirm the email address and press Request.
An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your account address. Follow the steps in the email, and you’ll be good to go!
To reset your password from a notebook or desktop computer, navigate to the sign-in page at https://dashboard.mileiq.com, enter your email address, and click "Continue." On the second page, click "Forgot my password."
On the third page, enter your account email address and click 'Reset password'. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your account address. Follow the steps, and you're good to go!
Can't find the email? Be sure to check your spam folder and if you're using a company email account, please reach out to your network administrator to ensure MileIQ emails aren't being diverted or withheld.
- If you’re not sure of the email used as your username, you can find it in the app by navigating to Menu > Account Settings and you'll see it next to "Signed in:"
- It is not currently possible to change a password from within the mobile app, but you can request the reset email.
