Free Trial of MileIQ for Teams Pro

During your free trial period, you'll have access to all the features of Teams Pro, and be able to invite as many drivers as you like. This includes unlimited automatic mileage tracking for all drivers, custom mileage rates, and the ability to view your team’s reported business drives. Remember that your trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription after 30 days.

To get started with your 30-day free trial, follow the steps below:

New Users

Step 1: Access the MileIQ Website

• Open your preferred web browser and go to this page.

Step 2: Create an Account

• Click on "Sign Up" to create a new account. 

Step 3: Create a Team

• Enter your company name, number of drivers, and country location.
• Once your information has been entered, click on the blue button at the bottom which says "Start your 1-month free trial of Teams Pro".

Step 4: Start Your Free Trial

• Click on the blue button at the bottom which says "Continue with free trial".

Step 5: Enter Your Payment Information

• You'll be redirected to the payment information page.
• Enter your credit card details to initiate the free trial process. Rest assured that you won't be charged during the 30-day trial period.
  
  
  
  
  

Step 6: Subscribe and Begin Your Free Trial

• Once you've filled in your credit card information, click on the "Subscribe" button.
• Congratulations! You've successfully started your 30-day free trial of MileIQ Teams Pro. 
• You can now begin to invite drivers to your team, so that they can start submitting reports to view on the dashboard.

Current Users

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

•  Sign in to your web dashboard and follow the setup process from step #3.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Teams" Tab

• After signing in, you'll be directed to your MileIQ dashboard.
• Locate and click on the "Teams" tab in the navigation menu. This is where you'll set up your Team.
  
  
  
  
  
  

Step 3: Create Your Team + Start Your Trial

• On the "Teams" page, click on the option to create a new Team.
• Fill in the required details about your Team, such as the Team name and the number of members.
• Ensure you provide accurate information to effectively manage your team's mileage.
• Once you've entered the Team details, scroll down the page until you find the "Start your 30-day free trial of Teams Pro" button. Click on it.
  
  
  

Step 5: Confirm Trial Details

• A pop-up window will appear, confirming the details of your free trial. Double-check the information to make sure everything is accurate.
