You can easily create a consolidated report with just a few easy steps! Consolidated reports will contain a view with the total mileage included in every report that has been submitted by your drivers, within the selected time frame.
Firstly, you’ll need to access your Teams Dashboard at https://dashboard.mileiq.com/teams/ and navigate to the “Reports” tab. Then, in the top right corner, you’ll see the option for “Create Report”.
Next, you’re going to choose the specific parameters that you want to include within the report. You’ll need to select a time frame and whether you want the total mileage displayed as weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Finally, once all the parameters have been set, you can click on “Download CSV” to receive a CSV report of the selected parameters.
