How do I verify my email address?

When you create a MileIQ account from our website or mobile app, we’ll automatically send a request to that email for you to verify that we have the right address. To finish the verification process, follow the verification link in the email. Verifying your email address is required to finish creating your MileIQ account. You can always resend the verification email if you didn’t receive it. If you don’t verify your email address, the MileIQ app will not be able to catch your drives.

Creating your MileIQ account through MileIQ.com

After entering your email address and password on the MileIQ sign up page, you will be prompted to verify your email. The verification email is automatically sent to the email address you used to sign up.

Simply click the ‘Verify Email’ button within the email to verify your MileIQ account and complete your sign up.

You’re all set! You’ll still need to download the MileIQ app on your mobile device to start catching drives.

Creating your MileIQ account through the mobile app

After creating a MileIQ account on the mobile app, you will be prompted to verify your email to finish creating your account. The verification email is automatically sent to the email address you used to sign up.

Simply click the ‘Verify Email’ button within the email to verify your MileIQ account and complete your sign up.

Requesting a new verification link

The verification links are active for 24 hours. If your link has expired or if you are unable to locate the verification email, you can always request a new verification email by signing into mileiq.com/create or the MileIQ app and clicking the Resend Email button.

Can't find the email? Be sure to check your spam folder and if you're using a company email account, please reach out to your network administrator to ensure MileIQ emails aren't being diverted or withheld.
