If your organization has enabled Concur integration, submitting your mileage reports is simple. If you haven’t yet linked your Concur account, you’ll be prompted to do so during the report submission process.

🖥️ Submitting a Report from the Web Dashboard

Log in to the MileIQ Web Dashboard using the same credentials you use in the MileIQ app.

Click on “Reports” from the left-hand menu.

Apply filters as needed to include the appropriate drives in your report.

Click “Create this Report.”

In the pop-up window, select “Send to my Team’s Admin.”

Click on the “Concur” tab to access the Concur integration.

If your Concur account is not yet linked, you'll be prompted to enter your Employee ID.

Once connected, you’ll be asked to:

Name your report

Add any optional notes

Click “Create Report.”
MileIQ will now generate and send your report to Concur.
Once the process is complete, you can review the report details and confirm that it was successfully submitted.
🆔 Prompted to Enter Your Employee ID?
If you’re seeing a prompt for your Employee ID, it means your Concur integration has not yet been activated for your personal account.
✅ If your Administrator has enabled Concur for your team, you can proceed by entering your Concur Employee ID.

Once verified, your integration will be complete, and you’ll be redirected to the Concur report submission screen to continue.
